This ad features Preston, Minn. resident Neil Haugerud, a former sheriff of Fillmore County and elected member of the Minnesota House of Representatives. Mr. Haugerud now suffers from arachnoiditis – a debilitating condition caused by inflammation of the linings that surround the brain and spinal cord, causing severe, intractable pain.
